Some 30 years ago I started attending weekly yoga classes. At the time as a busy mum my yoga lessons were my "time out".
I was not sure what to expect but was hooked from day one and very soon the benefits were obvious. Week on week, my stiff hips, tight hamstrings and lower back began to release. As the tensions within my physical body began to unwind, I found stillness and strength to help me navigate the up's and down's of life.
I qualified with The British Wheel of Yoga and started teaching in 2013.
SInce qualifying I have continued to develop my practice attending workshops developing my understanding and experince of Pranayama, Mindfulness, Meditation, Somatics and Feldenkraus movement.
Having recently moved to Longridge I am excited about starting new classes and meeting new people in the Ribble Valley. I look forward to sharing my yoga and making your journey rewarding.
